Thursday will again be at Lake Pine at 6:30pm. Meet at the lot at 1808 Lake Pine Dr, Cary, NC 27511. This is the parking lot closest to Kroger at Lake Pine/64.

Saturday morning will be at Sugg Farm in Holly Springs at 8am. The park is at the end of Grigsby Ave in HS, but you should be able to find it by searching Google for “Sugg Farm” (near Bass Lake).

I’ll be out of town for these, but enjoy the good workouts! Everyone is doing well so far. Thank you for the good attitudes and willingness for a bit of pain for future gain.
